This full day is for Sightseeing tour of Delhi. The morning session will be in Old Delhi, which is a mix of ancient monuments and modern commerce. Visit the historic Red Fort (Closed on Mondays) – Shah Jehan’s elegant citadel in red sandstone, which was built as an octagon measuring 900m by 550m and surrounded by a 9-meter deep moat, which was at its inception fed by the waters of the Yamuna River. Very near the Fort is the Jama Masjid (Friday Mosque), India’s largest mosque, also built by Shah Jahan.
To know about India’s diverse religions, visit Akshardham (closedo on Mondays) which is a Hindu Temple complex in Delhi. It displays traditional Hindu and Indian culture, spirituality and architecture. The exhibitions here are displayed in three large halls, each with a unique display style. The cultural boat ride in an artificial water-stream with exhibitions on both sides at Sanskruti Darshan is for 12 minutes and it will be like a ride into 10000 years of India’s heritage. You can experience the lifestyle of the Vedic era.

This day you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. On arrival at Jaipur airport you will be received by our local representative and then transferred to the hotel. Later in the evening proceed for the guided walking tour.
From its creation in 1727, the royal families and nobles of Jaipur patronized the craftsmen and artisans of the city. These traditions continue to this day and as a result, modern day Jaipur is considered by many as the craft capital of India. Traditional methods are still used to produce many valuable and highly prized items. Using skills passed down through generations, artisans and master craftsmen can be seen in the areas of Ghat Darwaza and Vishveshwar ji. Experience this aspect of Jaipur this evening on a fascinating walk. Mingle and talk with the locals whilst sampling some of the region’s culinary delights; try pakoras, aloo tiki, samosa and ladoo from some of the city’s most popular street food vendors. Observe local artisans in their workshops including jewellers and silversmiths, gold painters and tie dying experts as well as meenakari and kundan artists. Midway through the walk visit a local resident in his private haveli, which is beautifully decorated with gold painting, rich tapestries, carpets and rare artefacts, before finishing at Tripolia gate to enjoy the colourful and vibrant bazaar. This walk starts at 4PM and takes between 2 and 2.5 hours.

Your time in Jaipur – the Pink City, an UNESCO listed World Heritage Site, includes visit to The Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Hawa Mahal.
Amber Fort, the principal attraction of Jaipur is located high on the hill and you will have to climb the steep ascent to reach the palace. Visit the “Hall of Public Audience” known as Diwan-e-Aam, “Hall of Private Audience (Diwan-e-Khas), the Sheesh Mahal (Mirror Palace) and the Sukh Niwas. City Palace is the Royal Residence and the palace complex consists of several buildings, various courtyards, galleries, restaurants and offices of the Museum trust. Jantar Mantar is a collection of nineteen architectural astronomical instruments which features the world’s largest stone sundial. Hawa Mahal which means the Palace of winds is made with Red and Pink Sandstone. It has 953 windows and resembles the honeycomb of a beehive. This design allowed the Royal ladies to observe the day to day life and festivals celebrated in the street below without them being seen.

Today enjoy a sightseeing tour of Udaipur starting with a visit to the famous City Palace. Standing on the bank of Lake Pichola, are a massive series of palaces built at different time commencing from 1559 A.D. The balconies of the palace provide panoramic view of "Jag Niwas" or the famous Lake Palace Hotel. Continue your tour by visiting the Jagdish Temple which was built by Maharana Jagat Singh in 1651 A.D. It is a good example of Indo - Aryan architecture where worshipping practices are still place. Then visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, one the most beautiful gardens and a major tourist destination in Udaipur. The garden is famous for its lush green lawns, marble art and fountains. The English translation of Saheliyon Ki Bari means "Garden of maids”. The Garden of maids was built in the 18th century by Maharana Sangram Singh for the royal ladies. You may also wish to visit Bagore Ki Haveli. Later enjoy the boat ride on Lake Pichola.

Spend a full day on visiting the iconic locations of Jodhpur. Start your visit with Mehrangarh Fort, enclosing a variety of red sandstone buildings, temples, havelis, barracks and beautiful palaces. The intricately designed and minutely latticed windows and wall screens impress every visitor to this historic fort. The palaces – Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and other apartments are exquisitely decorated with paintings still gracing some of the ceilings and the walls. Your post lunch session will be a visit to Bishnoi village. The Bishnoi are widely regarded as India’s original conservationists; semi-nomadic people, with many herdsmen travelling vast distances into neighbouring states in search of viable grazing land for their goats. It is very interesting and rewarding to visit one or more of these on an excursion from Jodhpur. Get to know about the traditions and lifestyles of Bishnoi people with a village visit conducted in a sensitive and non-obtrusive way. It is surprising to know that the villagers use modern technology including mobile phones to communicate with one another about weather patterns and where to find the best pasturelands for their flocks!
